Chrome dreams was formed in 1998 by Rob Johnstone, a lifelong music fan and obsessive record collector. Initially producing audio biography CDs on music artists and groups, they have now expanded their muse to include music and documentary DVDs, books, interview discs, boxsets, catalogue music CDs, packaging and pressing services, distribution and music publishing.

Chrome Dreams bildades 1998 av Rob Johnstone, en livslång musikfantast och besatt skivsamlare. Inledningsvis producerade de ljudbiografiska CD skivor på musikartister och grupper, och har nu utökat sin musa till att inkludera musik och dokumentär DVD skivor, böcker, intervjuskivor, boxset, katalogmusik cd skivor, paketerings och presstjänster, distribution och musikpublicering.
